Client Focus
My practice primarily serves high-functioning and high-performing professionals navigating various personal and professional challenges. Many of my clients work in fields such as healthcare, consulting, engineering, executive leadership, law, and mental health.
This group includes both individuals and couples—some are single professionals, while others are married or balancing family life with demanding careers. My clients often seek support for managing stress, enhancing relationships, and achieving personal or professional growth.
While I’ve described my typical client group, my therapeutic approach is open to anyone who feels it aligns with their needs and goals. I welcome the opportunity to support you on your journey toward greater well-being and personal or professional growth.
Professional Background
With a background in both business and psychology, I bring a multi-faceted perspective to my work. After earning a philosophy degree from Colorado College and an MBA from the University of Colorado, I began my career in financial services. However, my passion for personal growth led me to pursue a master’s degree in psychology from Boston University and a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Denver.
In 2009, I founded Mile High Psychology to help people develop strategies and skills that enhance well-being and support a fulfilling life. I truly love my work and feel privileged to assist the amazing individuals and couples I work with. Their dedication to personal growth and meaningful change inspires me every day.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, I thrive on physical activity and intellectual engagement. I enjoy mountain sports, reading books that broaden my perspective, and exploring new places. Spending quality time with family, as well as connecting with friends, is central to my life and well-being.
